We’ve all had that one day, that one day when we wake up feeling gloomy and down as hell. Just getting out of bed itself seems equal to climbing a mountain. And don’t get me started on the work that has been piled up for us. When we start the day off on such a sad note, the reminder of the day is bound to be awful. Or it doesn’t have to be that way. Your start might have been beautiful, but some or other incident might just spoil your mood and as a consequence might spoil your day. Such incidents are bound to occur to each and everyone of us.
What should we do under such circumstances? Well one option would be to just stay sad and gloomy and bear a frown on our face all throughout the day. Or another option would be to cheer up, and greet the world with one hell of a smile on your face. And the easiest way to lift your spirits up is through the beautiful remedy known as music. Music is like magic. It has the power to touch one’s soul and soothe one’s broken heart. The right song at the right time is undeniably the perfect combination. It has been scientifically proven that listening to cheerful songs is a great way to improve one’s mental condition.
So I went ahead and compiled together what I believe to be the top 5 songs that one should listen to on a sad and gloomy day.
