Wandering the Campus – 2

If only trees could speak! There is this majestic old one, here on the campus, which could tell a hairy tale or two, I’m sure.

This marvel of nature is everyone’s idea of ‘the tree’ with its gnarled old trunk, and lush branches. You can’t miss it while at the CC kiosk, crossing the LIT block, or just sitting in the park.

Come summer, it will beckon tired souls irresistibly, to sit awhile under its shade and rest on its tiled, round seat. This tree could be a great spot to enjoy your lunches, ice creams, or lemonades.

And if it whispers a secret or two to you – do share.
