According to the participants, their key takeaways from the training were: being able to see the bigger picture; ability to handle stress in a better way; peacemaking conduct; improved consideration of colleagues; balanced leadership skills; and, the magic of cheerfulness. The program was conducted with a judicious blend of practical scenarios, experiential activities, case studies and film analysis. The participants expressed their views enthusiastically on current leadership issues affecting India in the international scenario.

LPU Chancellor Mr. Ashok Mittal said, “Aiming to revive the glory of the ancient Indian education system, we have specially devised HRDC to train faculty and staff members as per their domains. Getting well versed with world class skills and abilities, they will further prepare LPU students to succeed in a highly competitive professional environment. At LPU, we care for young aspiring minds so that they become architects of the future society. We feel satisfied when we provide ace professionals to India and the world.”
