Fear makes us do strange things, stranger than our imagination. It can make you hate what you love the most and vice versa. Horrible things happen in this world that may not even occur to us, but they exist and have their roots deep in the souls of the living and the dead.
Fear flourishes in gloomy and mysterious places, it has its home in the mind and hearts of people and its strength is the weakening of your hope, its food is your failures. Time may appear to be your knight, then again its just an appearance .
Hardship strengthens a man’s will, allows him to have the liberty to fool himself that he has no fear. Bad circumstances rip you apart and break you down, but if you have enough life left in you to survive it, then this knight of ours, Time, allows you to have drop of wisdom.
But glorious as it may sound, even the whole world’s wisdom is not sufficient to separate fear from us.
The fact is nothing can fight your fear, you have to fight your own battles, be your own army, be the king’s guard, be the council, be the queen, and be the mob.
In the end its you against your fear, or perhaps fears, always. Better sharpen your blades, because the winter of fear is always coming.
