The Annual Alumni Homecoming 2025 at Lovely Professional University (LPU) was a vibrant celebration of legacy, leadership, and lifelong bonds. Thousands of alumni from around the world returned to their alma mater; reuniting with batchmates, reconnecting with mentors, and reliving the transformative experiences that shaped their academic and professional journeys. LPU’s alumni community, now over 1.67 lakh strong across 149+ countries, continues to influence global landscapes in fields as diverse as finance, technology, healthcare, academia, and public service. From Canada, the USA, and the UAE to Australia, LPU graduates are driving change across sectors.

The event honoured distinguished alumni who have made exceptional contributions to their industries. Among those recognized were Rohan Kumar Sinha (LPU 2008–11), Director (Finance) at Morgan Stanley, and Tejdeep Singh Randhawa (LPU 2005–07), Global Business Head at Humancare Worldwide. Many awardees are now in leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and government bodies setting benchmarks in innovation and ethical leadership.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Founder Chancellor of LPU, stated, “It fills me with immense pride to see LPU shining on the global stage through the remarkable achievements of its alumni. Hundreds of our graduates are excelling in top firms across the U.S., U.K., and Australia, earning packages over ₹1 crore and building successful businesses and startups worth millions. I am delighted to see that you have imbibed and are living with LPU’s ideology to ‘Think Big,’ leading with integrity, and contributing meaningfully to society. Your growing commitment to social responsibility and community engagement is truly inspiring and reflects the values we strive to instil at LPU.”

The celebration also featured an entertaining session by Angad Singh Ranyal, who brought laughter and joy to attendees at the Shanti Devi Mittal Auditorium. Alumni engaged in thoughtful conversations with former professors, school heads, and fellow graduates strengthening bonds and exploring avenues for collaboration.

During the event, LPU alumnus Rakesh Kumar, Senior Executive Engineer at Indian Railways, launched his book Real Donors. The book sheds light on the importance of organ donation, aiming to inform and inspire readers to support this critical cause.
