It’s an honor for Lovely Professional University to give their joyously unrestrained bhangra performance at the inaugural session today in Yuva Sangam, Akhil Bhartiya Shiksha Sanagam in the decorous presence of the chief guest Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The Vertos have been practicing for the day with full enthusiasm, as they will be representing the culture of the state. Not only the showcasing students but the entire campus is over excited for the memorable event. Very few Universities are selected and it is a pleasurable honor to be part of the squad.
Yesterday also they gave their exhibiting bhangra performance in front of the Hon’ble Education Minister of India at the newly launched India’s biggest auditorium, Bharat Mandalam by Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
The Bhangra is the traditional dance form of the state of Punjab, the dhol beats and the vibrant loud music makes you tap your feet. It’s a favored dance prized by all, crossing the boundaries across the country. The dance leaves one with a fervor of excitement.
To mark the occasion, the team had been rigorously working to give their best. The best team of the LPU had been chosen to embark on the occasion with their dance moves.
The students under the able guidance of the Head of the Department, the dean of the Division of Art and Culture, and their coach had been practicing arduously to excel in front of the vast audience. The team left for Delhi with full preparation. The confidence level of the squad was par excellence. The ever-shining LPU team is always ready to make the congregation dance along with them. This spirit only takes the learners to the zenith of their careers.
