Background & Rationale
Manthan-Looking Beyond, Looking Within-III, a Corporate Training Program was organized for the participants of Pioneer Assurance Ltd, Jalandhar. Dr. Pavitar Prakash Singh, Professor Mr. Ashwani Panesar, Assistant Professor Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma Assistant Professor, Lovely Professional University were the key facilitators.
The schedule carried a multi-pronged approach that included breathers, inputs, group discussions, team activities, Audio Video based, online activities and situational analysis, Role Plays and presentations by the participants.

The program began with recapping the vision, mission and objectives of the organization and the role of each individual in the journey of success. The context setting included with the introduction to Conflict Management. The subsequent modules focused on knowing causes of conflicts, Conflict Resolution and management, Principles of Insurance, the current trend and scenario. Various practical case lets were used for group deliberations. Through experiential learning, role plays and presentations the participants were engaged and a road map for the organization’s customer focus was drafted. Participants were coached by creating real time situations and through previous case studies.
The program received active participation of staff members from Pioneer Assurance Consultants Ltd. The participants were appreciative of the gesture shown by the University in terms of choice of Subject Matter Experts, appropriate learning environment, venue setting, infrastructure, study tours and content delivery. The participants observed that the program was outcome oriented and gave them new insights on the topic.
