Attending a college involves a lot of money. This implies you can access all amenities that come with it. For sure there will be a nice fitness centre on campus. You will stay fit if you make a routine and stick with it. As Phagwara has a very limited window for outside running, it’s worth joining the gym.

It is also imperative to make and stick to a routine. If you make a habit of going to the gym on the same day, the same time during the week then nothing can break your routine. You won’t even find a wide variety of healthy, delightful, fresh options. The key is simply to just not go overboard. You can have the foods you want, but only one cheat day a week is allowed. Instead of fries, try a cup of fruit or a side salad!
