We all have a common dream in our childhood, a dream based on fiction, shows, and movies, to become an astronaut. But as we grow and feel the real hustle and various other opportunities, we start to change our path and very few of us make it to this industry but the maximum of them make it in research and development. But here is Alyssa Carson, becoming the first person to make it to on list who will go on MARS on NASA’s mission of 2030.

Alyssa Carson has the same dream as the rest of the children to become an astronaut since she was 3 years old. Her fascination towards Mars increases after watching the cartoon series “The Backyardigans”. From then only she wanted to become the first person to step on Mars even it will result in no way back to Earth. And this fascination and dedication give rise to various space queries and questions at a very initial stage of her life.

She started to participate in Space related competitions and quizzes at the age of 10 and this result in her selection in MER 10 panel which focuses on discussing missions and plans for Mars. She quit all other things which came in the way of her passion for Space and Mars. She attended Space Camps more than 5 times, Space Academy thrice along with Robotics Academy. She also holds the record of becoming the first person to complete all the NASA space camps happening across the world. And along with all these achievements she becomes the youngest person in history who not just enrolled but graduated the most difficult training session for future astronauts, Advanced Possum Academy with Project, at the age of 16.

She told once, “The human is completely trapped in comfort zone, they want to develop, want to achieve, they want to change the world, but this whole thought always remains in ‘want to’ mode unless and until they force themselves to break their comfort zone, seek discomfort and never create any such zones in their whole life”.

Whoever thought that the first person to go on Mars will be elected at the age of 18? Alyssa Carson is the most inspiring example for everyone who thought age as a barrier. Achievement and successes are not relative to age, it depends on your will and, mindset and attitude. Think beyond age and limitations, think unreal and just work hard.
