When we try to imagine fitness, Shilpa Shetty always comes to mind. A yoga aficionado, actress, businesswoman and mother, Shilpa Shetty takes scrupulous care of herself.

Unlike what everyone would expect, Shetty does not abstain from food for fitness. She opines that healthy eating practices are the key to a healthy lifestyle. In fact she immodestly gloats over the presence of “ghee” in her regular diet.

WORKOUTS:

Shilpa Shetty is not restrained to specific workouts for sculpting her body. She allocated five days in a week to all the workouts. Two days for practicing yoga followed by strength training for coming two days. The last one day is allocated to cardio. Her strength training workouts are dissented into upper and lower body workouts. She believes in counting on heavy weights for shaping her muscles. She ends up the session with ten minutes meditation to breathe out all the stress.

SUGGESTED MEAL:

Almond milk – Almond milk is free from sugar, gluten, soy, and other artificial ingredients. It will nourish you with Vitamin B12, calcium and vitamin D.
