Headquartered in Kansas (USA), the multi-national healthcare organization ‘Eminent Physicians’ & Lovely Professional University (LPU) have signed an MoU. This collaboration will hugely focus on the two areas. One is for large scale placements and training of LPU’s students of B.Pharmacy, BBA, BCA, and MBA for organization’s PAN India and various abroad operations. Secondly, aiming to address the rising domestic supply-demand gap in remote healthcare management space, an IRC (Industrial Resource Centre) will also be established at LPU Campus.

In fact, ‘Eminent Physicians’ has launched one of their 12 telemedicine programs as “HASPATAL.COM” in India.  The ‘HASPATAL’ is an innovative video consultation program from the telemedicine portfolio of ‘Eminent Physicians’ (USA). This brings all key players of healthcare, including patients, doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostics labs, imaging centres, therapy centres, and pharmacies on a single platform. It is to shape up careers of LPU students from orientation, internship, summer training to their final placements in the Indian subsidiary of Eminent Physicians’ Hospital.com.

Senior Dean & HD at LPU’s Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences (LFAMS), Dr Monica Gulati further informed: “Under this collaboration, LPU students will work on live projects of ‘Eminent Physicians’ and its clients worldwide at the going to be established ‘IRC’. This will help them get absorbed in the leading hospitals in India and abroad.” MoU was signed on behalf of ‘Eminent Physicians’ by the Chief Growth Officer & Deputy Director (India) Dr. Vijay Sonam and for LPU by Dr Monica Gulati. LPU Chancellor Mr Ashok Mittal congratulated all at LFAMS for humane collaboration especially in the COVID-19 pandemic ridden world to provide advanced medical help in remote areas also.
