This quarantine brought many changes in our daily routine. Some find it boring while the others grab this opportunity to be productive. But guess what! The winner of Indian Idol season 9 – L V Revanth turned those lazy evenings into some musical and super fun evenings by interacting live on Instagram with the students of Lovely Professional University. Student Organisation “Motion Man” under the aegis of the division of student welfare Lovely Professional University conducted the event named “JASHAN-E-SHAM” where the renowned singer L V Revanth came live on Instagram to make a wonderful virtual interaction with the students of LPU.
L V Revanth is a well-known singer who won the prestigious Indian Idol award for his impeccable performance. He is also one of the famous playback singers in the Tollywood industry. On 8th June 2020 at 5 pm, host Vishnu welcomed him by conveying heartful wishes. Singer Revanth made his wonderful presence and as a part of casual talk, he described his daily routine during this quarantine.
He explained his journey of singing and all the problems that he overcame to win the Indian Idol title. He said that winning the title was definitely not a cakewalk. Being a south Indian it is obvious that overcoming the language barrier to sing Hindi songs is a tough task. He explained how risky it was to come all the way to north India and sing songs of unknown language is something that only high spirited people are capable of doing.
When asked to recommend some tips to be successful, he mentioned that every person is talented in his/her own way and also every dream can be made possible if you try it wholeheartedly. He also explained that a positive attitude is one of the main reasons that made him reach his goals and win the hearts of lakhs of people all around the world with his incredible vocals.
He gave a small virtual home tour in the live session. And he did mention that he is planning to do some virtual concerts during this lockdown with his lovely team. Apart from these, one of the must to mention things is that he sang almost every song that was being asked to him by the students, which symbolizes his humane nature towards his fans. He sang Janam Janam, Manohari, Jeena Jeena, Bekhayali, Tu hi re and also Telugu songs as in I wanna fly, Oh Cheliya, Ramulo Ramula, Arjun Reddy break up song. No doubt Revanth has an ultimate craze in Tollywood so he also sang a short yet captivating mashup of I wanna fly, Sakhiya Cheliya, and Kanulanu Taake songs for his Telugu fans. He also sang Kalank and dedicated it to the students of LPU. And finally, the session ended by thanking him for making the evening delightful with his euphonious voice.
