India’s largest three-day global open-fest ‘Youth Vibe 2018’ was declared open on 26th March 2018, in which students from across India have participated. On the inaugural day, splendid performances by Suroor Band at Coke Studio Show, “HAVAS” Musical Group from Tashkent(Uzbekistan), and ‘Big Boss’ fame Akash Dadlani’s rap-singing enchanted the audience. Apart from these inaugural performances, the students were busy with numerous competitions and events that included Mr and Ms Youth Vibe, Go Kart Championship, awe-striking bike stunts, Nukkad Natak and also sports competitions like Football, Table Tennis, Chess, Kabbadi and lots more.
During the International Go-Kart Championship, LPU students won the title of ‘First Runner-Up’ among 45 other participants. This year, the fest also launched its thematic song on encouraging youth “Yeh Hai Youth Vibe” in the voices of AIU’s national youth fest award-winning LPU students.
On Day 2, international Sunburn artists Nina and Malika gave a spectacular performance Their EDM tracks made the crowd groove at the end of the day.
The fest will end on 28th March with a Live Concert by renowned singers Amrit Mann and Yuvraj Hans.
