Creativity is something that has the potential to change anyone’s life standard. The more creative a person is, the more unique opportunities they can create for themselves without being dependent on others. And because of this everyone wants to increase their creativity more and more to achieve great things in life.
Scientifically it is found that 60% of creativity comes by birth but you can still improve and enhance it with daily practice. Here are the few mentioned ways to boost your creativity.
Read and practice beyond the comfort zone
Anything in this world can be extended or improved to the next level by making them work outside their comfort zone. And the same principle works with humans. You should start reading unique things or the things which are not included in your daily materials or simply the things that fear you and hard to understand. This makes the mind do more and more exercise to understand the content and thus increases the sense of uniquely thinking.
Re-conceptualize, Thinking Unreal
The world is an open observatory and if you start seeing it with the eye of an observer your life will going to change. There is an enormous number of unique things happening around us every second, but we are so busy with our stuff that we forget to observe and enjoy it. Start breaking the regular things into mind, ask the reason for everything and think unreal and use impractical logic to create self-made ideas.
Writing
There is a famous quote “Read a thousand books, and your words will flow like a river” and are so true about reading and writing. Writing increases your thinking and imaginary skill. It makes your brain create words, patterns, and sensible logic. Start writing at least an article a day. Write on any topic personal, fictional or any random. You can begin it with the habit of writing a personal journal.
Travel
Travel is the most effective and general way to increase creativity. Going to new places, observing nature, enjoying new locations and exploring and learning about that place creates new images and fills enormous data to your subconscious which then increases your creativity skills. If you are travelling, make sure to write down memories from every journal. Clicking photos are good for memory but if you want some impact from a journey, always write your experiences.
Exercise
Various US Universities surveys state that the most common time of ideas bombing into your mind is when you do physical exercise. Ever most creative companies’ founders get the clarity in their business ideas while doing a morning run. Try to do physical exercise at least 15-20 minutes a day. If you are not able to give long durations to exercise, at least try to be consistent. Exercising increases, the blood circulation in the brain which results in memory as well as increased imaginary power.
