Lovely Professional University has a huge number of student-driven clubs and organizations which actively work to provide the students with every possible opportunity and bring out the best in them.

If just one club in the university can do wonders, imagine what would happen if many clubs collaborate into one. The MSB ATOM is one such cluster of 12 student clubs of Mittal School of Business (MSB). The acronym ATOM stands for ‘Activity Team of Management’. The MSB ATOM was formed in November 2016 under the leadership of Department of Soft Skills, Centre of Professional Enhancement in collaboration with Mittal School of Business.

Each club under the MSB ATOM is run by office bearers namely President, Vice President, and General Secretary. They further include chief coordinators and members. The activities of the MSB ATOM are held under the guidance of Dr. Rajesh Verma and Mr. Ankur Agarwal. Its operations are managed by Soft Skills faculty in collaboration with various domain heads and faculty of Mittal School of Business. The Soft Skills team is head by Mr. Guneetpaul Singh.

These student-driven clubs undertake various initiatives to help in the growth of management students and to create opportunities for exposure to the corporate world. The office bearers conduct various domain based events and workshops for the members to participate and test their mettle. The MSB ATOM works with the mission of the transformation of students’ potential into performance. Its vision is to contribute to the corporate world by churning out talented professionals and it aims to captivate the industry with its talent. Some interesting events conducted by ATOM include Talent Hive, Road To Corporate, Commerce Premier League and many more.

The MSB ATOM has made many significant achievements. To name a few, the office bearers of ATOM have been placed in various good companies including Google, Amazon, Trident, Federal Bank, ITC etc. One of their events, ‘Harsha Bhogle Ki Khoj’ was tweeted by Harsha Bhogle himself, taking the organic reach of their social media to 23,000 people. Since then, the MSB ATOM has been constantly shaping the careers of management students by improving their overall personality and enhancing their knowledge.
