Mittal School of Business organized a two-day ‘International Finance Conclave on Dynamics of Financial Sector Reforms’ from 6th to 7th April 2018 to exchange information on the next phase of reforms in the financial sectors and discussed diverse challenges and strategies on Banking sectors for sustainable growth of Indian economy.
Among the esteemed visitors at the conference were Mr Jim Piechowsky, Director, Institute of Management Accountants, USA and Mr Vinesh Singh, Vice-President, Sara Soule, Bangaluru. During an interactive session with the students, Mr Vinesh Singh appreciated the quality of education and technology available for students in LPU and also gave some expert tips on business ethics, planning and management.
Mr Jim Piechowsky addressed the audience and shared the industry expectations from students and shed light on ‘Digital Finance Officer’ (DFO) as an emerging field in the finance sector. He also enlightened students on the next phase of reforms in the financial sectors and diverse challenges and strategies in the banking sector for sustainable growth of an Indian economy.
