We feel exceptionally proud to share that 5 LPU students – Ankit Dokania, Muskan Katoch, Saahas Ramaul, Aviral Dwivedi and MB Vishnu have been selected amongst 10,000 students across the country as Keynote Speakers at the 10th Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad (BCS) held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

From Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri M Venkaiah Naidu to Child rights activists, from scientists to educationists, Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad was a blend of political, social and scientific emotions spreading inspiration among the students.

The student leader Ankit Dokania vociferously defended the challenge by stating that India constitutes 18% of the world by population and that most spices and indeed goods come from our country. He asked the audience to take into consideration the economic strength we possess due to our vast geography and asked us all to utilize it to its potential.

Muskan Katoch seemed skeptical about the achievement of the target that India has laid down for itself. She stated statistics in her favor particularly the ones that are dealing with inflation. Nevertheless, she submitted that if India makes great reforms in the manufacturing and services sector, then the target may still be achieved. Saahas spoke eloquently of how immense progress can be achieved by using social media.

The fiery speaker Aviral Dwivedi started by drawing the divide between the rich and the poor within the country and asking whether it can be bridged ethically or morally.

MB Vishnu started by stating how world power’s at India’s independence thought that our country would not last more than two decades but were proved wrong due to the persistence of India and its people.

We are so proud of our talented vertos. Kudos to our LPU Achievers!
